If you are not satisfied with your product for any reason, you may return it within 60 days from the date of delivery for a full refund. To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at support@mrsmeyersonline.it.com to obtain a return authorization. The product must be in its original condition, unused, and with all original packaging intact.

Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will process your refund. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5-10 business days. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (e.g., defective product, incorrect item shipped).

We reserve the right to deny returns for products that show signs of misuse, damage beyond normal wear, or are not returned in accordance with our policy.
